Warranty, Returns, and Refunds with Terms & Conditions

Warranty

All HMC Billet items have a 1 year Manufacture’s  warranty against defects. We will refund or replace any item within one year of the ship date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover broken O-rings or stripped screws on wallets. If you have a warranty issue please contact us at info@hmcbillet.com.

Returns


All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the ship date. There will be a $6 fee for all returns that will be deducted from the refund. No fee will be charged for manufactured defects or damaged items. 
Custom orders cannot be canceled once we start production. 

Follow the instructions based on your Reason for Return

           

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

Immediately send pictures to info@hmcbillet.com of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as pictures of the box damage, if applicable. Include whether you want the item refunded, or if you still desire the ordered item. Upon receipt, we will fully refund or repair the item, whichever you designate in the email. The $6 return fee is waived for these conditions. If you agree with our terms & conditions, you may begin your return.

  •  Your item is the right size but does not fit

Email us first at info@hmcbillet.com with pictures and description of the issue, as well as your model vehicle. Please be aware due to the vast number of sizes and styles of vehicles, a perfect universal fit is not always possible. We will only accept returns of an item that does not fit at all (i.e. hitch cover cannot be pinned). Often a solution to a loose fit of a hitch cover can be resolved by adding another foam insert.

  • Other reason for return

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase or any other reason for your return that is not listed above click HERE to initiate your return. Understand that you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

 

Terms & Conditions 

  • Custom items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Contact us if there is an issue with a custom item so we may assist you.
  • There will be a $6 fee that will be deducted from your order refund 
  • You understand that the item must arrive back to us in its original condition, or we will not be able to fully refund you. Package the item well, and make sure it does not move in the box at all when gently shaking it.
  • Refunds will be processed once the return arrives back to us and is inspected. Please allow a few days after tracking confirms delivery for us to process the refund.
