Good communication, good customer service, excellent product.
Will request new bracket though. When inserted, the cover isn't square or true, but was immediately offered new brackets if I wasn't able to resolve the issue myself.

I will definitely buy here again for another design and will refer to anyone looking for custom hitch cover.
